FANTASYBASSTOUR.COM IS VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
• ELIGIBILITY: Offered only in the 50 United States and open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of FantasyBassTour.com and members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children, and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
• MEMBERSHIP: To sign up for FantasyBassTour.com 2006 you must complete each of 2 steps prior to the start date of the next FantasyBassTour.com event. Each step should take only a few moments and will provide you with a full season of FantasyBassTour.com ACTION!The two steps are as follows:
1. Sign up on FantasyBassTour.com through the signup page
------ Name, Email, Street Address, Phone and Password will be needed2. Purchase a "Season Pass" from FantasyBassTour.com through USACproshop.net
------- Season Pass is $30 total for all 14 eventsIn the event a member signs up using Step 1 above and falis to do Step 2 before the start of the next FantasyBassTour.com event that membership will be removed and deleted from the system. Once a membership has been removed from the system the Team selected for that event will no longer be valid, regardless of the reason the Season Pass was not purchased.
• TO PLAY: FantasyBassTour.com 2006 consists of 14 games offered in conjunction with the events listed below. Each Game allows you to create your own "team" of five anglers who you think will place the highest in that event. No team of five anglers can be the same as another users five anglers. Upon selection of your team you will be immediately notified that your 5 anglers have already be chosen and you will need to change at least one angler. Teams of 5 anglers are first come first served. This means if John Doe picks angler Aaron Martens, Ike, Swindle, Skeet and Ish Monroe then once that team is set no other player can pick these exact same anglers. They would be allowed to choose Aaron Martens, Ike, Swindle, Skeet and any other angler, assuming that team had not been previously chose as well. Get your selections in early to make sure you get the team you want!
To participate in the FantasyBassTour.com 2006, you must first purchase a season pass for $30 from the registration page www.FantasyBassTour.com . Then, prior to each Tournament and within the registration periods, go to www.FantasyBassTour.com and select the five anglers who you think will place the highest in that Tournament and tie-breaker weight for each event. Teams and tie-breaker weight do not carry over from one Tournament to the next, so be sure to visit www.FantasyBassTour.com and select a team for each Tournament to be eligible to win in that Tournament's Game. Team selections and tie-breaker weight must be received by FantasyBassTour.com by the deadline listed below. Pacific Standard Time is the official time for this website.
Mar 18-19 Mar 17-18 Mar 29 - Apr 1 Apr 21-22 Apr 28-29 May 3-5 May 10-12 May 20-21 Aug 1-4 Aug 18-19 Nov 11-12 • SCHEDULE CHANGES: In the event a Tournament is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, entries for that Tournament's Game will be null and void. Entrants must revisit www. FantasyBassTour.com and reselect their team for the rescheduled Tournament. If, for any reason, a Tournament is cancelled and not rescheduled, that Tournament's Game and its prizes will be void and eliminated from FantasyBassTour.com.
• DETERMINATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES: Points are accumulated in each event for the place the angler finishes. The winner of the event would get 1 point and 2 points for the second place finisher and so on. The entry with the lowest overall placment for their team will be proclaimed the winner for that event. Second place would be the entrant for the next lowest score for the event and so on.
The following prizes will be awarded to the entrants whose teams have achieved the highest scores in a given Tournament, in the corresponding order:
First prize – TBA

Fourth place – TBA
Fifth place – TBA
6-10th place – TBA
11-20th place - TBATies will be broken by the team with the highest placing angler. In circumstances where both teams have the same highest ranking angler then the second highest ranking angler would then be chosen, then the 3rd and the 4th and finally the 5th highest ranking angler. In no cases should any event end up in a tie. However, if by chance a tie does occur a random public drawing will be held at Oroville Outdoors following notification of both team owners. Ties will not be broken for purpose of season total points, only for the purpose of selecting a winner of a particular prize.
The grand prize will be awarded to the entrant who has the most points accumulated for the entire season. Points are awarded one point for each entrant scored higher than:

In the event of ties, no points are awarded for that entry (as indicated in the above example).
• POSTING OF RESULTS: Following each Tournament, Tournament results and highest scoring pro teams will be posted at www.FantasyBassTour.com . Initial results and scores posted upon availability and are subject to verification, and should not be considered final. The words Official Results will be placed on the final standings upon completion of verification. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the event. The odds of winning will be determined by each angler's performance, entrant's team selection, and number of entrants per game.
• GENERAL: All taxes on prizes and expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree [a] to these rules and decisions of the FantasyBassTour.com, judges and Tournament officials which shall be final in all respects relating to FantasyBassTour.com and [b] to release FantasyBassTour.com, judges and their employees, officers, directors and affiliates from any liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in FantasyBassTour.com or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including liability for personal injury or death. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and selection of an alternate winner. Winners agree to use of name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. By entering, participants grant FantasyBassTour.com the right to publish his/her name, hometown and photograph. FantasyBassTour.com and its respective officers, directors, affiliates, employees, subsidiaries or agencies are not responsible and shall not be liable for: [a] any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; [b] failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; or [c] any condition caused by events that may cause FantasyBassTour.com to be disrupted or corrupted. FantasyBassTour.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend FantasyBassTour.com or any portion of it should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of FantasyBassTour.com, in which case, a new event will be added to the end of the schedule and the game will extend through that event. Entry information becomes property of FantasyBassTour.com. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted for prizes won. No prize substitution except by FantasyBassTour.com due to unavailability of a prize in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.
